Quality Surveyor Pre-Installation (Onshore)

The Role

As a Quality Surveyor Pre-Installation Onshore, you will work within the Quality / HSEQ team to oversee quality surveillance and inspection of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and components prior to load-out and offshore installation. Your role will focus on final inspections, storage inspections and independent verification of workmanship and punch-list status ahead of offshore mobilization. The position follows a 5 days / 8 hours schedule, with potential ramp-up to 7 days / 8 hours.

What You Will Do

• Attend final inspections of WTGs prior to load-out.

• Independently verify component condition, workmanship and punch-list status.

• Conduct targeted inspections and spot checks based on project progress and identified quality risks.

• Perform weekly inspections of stored nacelles, tower sections and other WTG components.

• Monitor WTG Contractor progress and HSE status on site.

• Identify, document and follow up on quality issues, snags and non-conformities (NCs/NCRs).

• Report findings and participate in pre-installation quality meetings.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Quality Surveillance, QA/QC or Quality Inspection.

• Experience with WTGs / wind turbine components, preferably offshore wind.

• Experience with final inspections, punch lists, NCRs and component storage inspections.

• Strong reporting and communication skills.

• Experience working in a pre-installation, port or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
